Please note that the base price for our detailing services covers standard cleaning procedures for vehicles in typical condition. However, certain circumstances may require additional effort and resources, resulting in an upcharge. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Excessive Dirt or Mud: Vehicles with an abnormal accumulation of dirt or mud that requires extra cleaning time or special equipment.

Trash Removal: Removal of trash or debris beyond a few items will incur an additional fee.

Pet Hair: Extensive pet hair that requires additional cleaning time or special equipment for removal.

Neglect: Vehicles that have not been regularly cleaned and exhibit signs of neglect may require restorative cleaning processes.

We will always discuss any additional charges with you and seek your approval before proceeding with services that include upcharges. Our goal is to ensure that your vehicle receives the best care possible and meets your standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, we kindly ask that appointments be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If any appointment is canceled same day, a fee of 50% of the services total will be collected before scheduling next appointment. If this fee is not collected then no future service will be given.

Weather: In order to provide quality service, I can’t perform any work in any wind, rain or dark conditions.

Payments: There is no fee for local mobile services, services are subject to additional charges based upon your location. Cash, card & Zelle are all acceptable payments. All debit/credit card & Zelle transactions are subject to taxes and fees.

Quality assurance regarding any paint protection: Any protection longevity mentioned when applying any wax, sealant or ceramic coating are based on proper routine maintenance of the vehicle. Taking any vehicle through an automated wash or touch-less wash location will severely decrease the amount of time of your installed protection will last. Taking your vehicle to another hand wash location or using any mobile service may decrease the longevity of any installed protection due to another companies products and procedures. If I am maintaining your vehicle and the protection has “gone away” before the mentioned time frame given I will re install original protection used free of charge.

Quality assurance regarding odor treatments: “Odor Treatments” can not be 100% guaranteed. My goal is to remove any lingering smell of (smoke, pet odor, food, mold, etc.) but depending on the severity of the smell, how long it has already been accruing inside of the vehicle and how you maintain the vehicle all play a factor in the success of any odor treatment. Post odor treatment there may be a “chlorine like” after smell left behind. I post treat any odor treatment by wiping down all surfaces and letting the vehicle air out for a minimum of 30 minutes. Any “chlorine” smell remaining may last for multiple weeks before it is 100% gone. To speed up the removal of this lingering treatment smell I suggest cracking the windows and leaving the vehicle in direct sunlight to speed up the process. Prior to any mold or water damage service, any/all affected materials (carpet, mats, seats, surfaces) must be removed or treated. We do not remove or “pull up” any of these materials during odor treatment service. For any hazardous clean ups (i.e bodily fluids, animal feces, mice droppings, etc.) must be picked up prior to service. I do not remove animals, animal droppings or any human throw up, blood, etc. After any odor treatment or sanitizing treatment is performed it is highly recommended to remove and change any applicable air filters.

Damages: Rob’s Luxury Auto Detailing is not responsible in any manner for any damage that may occur while using our services including, but not limited to: any damage related to pre-existing conditions (including but not limited to tears, stains, scratches, windshield cracks, dents, discoloration, or rust) or defects. customer’s negligence, customer’s gross negligence, customer’s intentional misconduct; or temperature and weather related incidents that may arise during a detailing that is out of our control. We do not remove any seats, carpet/flooring or interior panels.

Possessions Left in Vehicle: Rob’s Luxury Auto Detailing is not responsible for any belongings that may be lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise disposed of in the course of cleaning your vehicle. Each customer should remove any belongings they consider to be of value before any service begins.
